While Parents Advocating Together's goal is to help parents advocate for children, our volunteers are NOT lawyers. They have experience working with the key members of the education community, specialists, and other stakeholders in Special Education. Advice given is not to be construed as "legal advice." Consult with an attorney that specializes in the Special Education law where legal matters are an issue.

Links
Parents Advocating Together offers links and link reciprocation to other organizations and businesses deemed appropriate and useful. To be considered for a link, please send e-mail to the Webmaster with all pertinent information. The Webmaster will review all submissions to assure that the recommended site is appropriate, useful information to Parents Advocating Together site visitors and parents of Special Education. These links are to sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the "external sites"). You acknowledge that Parents Advocating Together is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site. You should contact the site administrator or Webmaster for those external sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such external sites. You should also notify the Parents Advocating Together about any concerns regarding an external site so a review can be done to determine if the site should remain as a link from this site.
Limitation on Liability
In no event shall Parents Advocating Together or the Webmaster be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Parents Advocating Together has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site.
